How it works

A clear member journey from request to transparent settlement

TransROC gives members a structured way to request agricultural commodity procurement, follow storage activity, review source-labelled market references, and receive settlement records without implying fixed price outcomes.

Process timeline

From registration to payout

The sequence below explains the member journey in the order a request normally moves through the platform.

  1. Account setup

    Register and verify an account

Create a member account, confirm contact details, and complete the required account checks before making a request.

  2. Market references

Explore commodities and verified market information

Review published commodity categories, source-labelled market references, and availability notes before choosing a request path.

  3. Request terms

Select commodity, quantity or amount, and sale cycle

Choose the commodity, requested quantity or amount, and an available sale-cycle option for that published opportunity.

  4. Fees and rules

Review fees, costs, profit-share rate, and early-sale rule

Confirm the procurement fee, storage profit-share rate, other approved costs, and the 10% early-sale penalty before payment.

  5. Payment

    Pay securely

Complete payment through the approved payment flow. TransROC records the request and payment status for member visibility.

  6. Operations

TransROC sources and transports the commodity

The operations team coordinates sourcing, quality checks at the procurement stage, logistics, and warehouse intake planning.

  7. Warehouse intake

Commodity is inspected, recorded, and stored

Warehouse intake records, inspection notes, and member-facing holding details are created after the commodity is received.

  8. Member portal

Track holding, reports, and market information

Members can follow holding status, statements, warehouse updates, support tickets, and source-labelled market references.

  9. Sale request

Sell at the agreed cycle or process approved early-sale request

TransROC prepares sale activity at the agreed cycle. Early-sale requests require approval and include the stated penalty.

  10. Settlement

    Receive transparent settlement and payout

Settlement statements show proceeds, approved fees, profit-share treatment, deductions, and payout status for the member.

Fees and early-sale rule

Fees, approved costs, and early-sale penalty

Before payment, members review the procurement fee, storage profit-share rate, other approved costs, and the early-sale rule tied to the selected opportunity.

10% early-sale penalty

If a member requests an approved sale before the agreed sale cycle, a 10% early-sale penalty is applied according to the published terms for that holding. The penalty is shown before the request proceeds and appears on the settlement statement.
