Ownership records How are ownership records handled?

Member ownership and holding records are shown inside the authenticated portal for the relevant member and are not published on public pages.

Procurement How does procurement work?

A member selects a published commodity, amount, and sale cycle. TransROC then coordinates sourcing, quality checks, logistics, and warehouse intake after confirmation.

Storage How is storage tracked?

Storage information is recorded with warehouse-region summaries, inspection updates, and member-facing holding records after intake.

Fees Where are fees shown?

Procurement fee method, examples, approved costs, and storage profit-share terms are shown before a member request proceeds.

Storage profit sharing What is storage profit sharing?

Published opportunities describe the storage profit-share rate and how it is reflected in settlement records after approved costs.

Price risk Can commodity prices fall?

Yes. Commodity prices can rise or fall. Public references and estimates do not promise fixed outcomes.

Sale cycles What are sale cycles?

Sale cycles are the published durations tied to an opportunity, such as 90, 120, 180, or 270 days.

10% early-sale penalty How does the 10% early-sale penalty work?

If an approved member-initiated sale happens before the selected sale-cycle date, the published 10% early-sale penalty applies.

AI guidance Can AI guidance approve a sale?

No. AI guidance is advisory, Administrator-reviewed before publication, and cannot create, approve, execute, or guarantee a sale.

Payouts How are payouts communicated?

Settlement and payout information is shown inside authenticated member records when sales and deductions are completed.

Warehouse visits Can members visit warehouses?

Members can submit visit enquiries. Visits require review, scheduling, and operational approval.

Complaints How do complaints work?

Complaints and support enquiries can be submitted through the contact workflow or authenticated support tools.

Account security How should accounts be protected?

Members should use strong passwords, keep contact details current, and follow verification or reset steps when required.
